Changing Year Not Filling in Holidays

Hello,

Can someone please see why the Holidays aren't filling in when changing cell I5 to any year but 2018 on the 'Shift Hours'! sheet.

Because the only dates on the Holiday sheet are 2018 dates

Oh okay can this be corrected so the dates on the Holiday sheets reflect what is in cell I5?

I put 2019 in the cell and the dates change on the Holiday sheet but aren't being put in the Shift Hours sheet.

Thank you but I need to keep Veteran's Day. Can you possibly derive a way please?
