Match incomplete or mixed street/physical Address to a clean address format

Hi There,

Please help

I have whole host of street/physical addresses that I need to match from one worksheet to another

I require a formula to match these addresses to lookup the owner of the property onto one worksheet

E.g Sheet 1
Address: 1636 Cambourne Circle, Sandton, Gauteng 2191

Sheet 2
Address: 1636 CAMBOURNE STREET HIGHGATE EXT DAINFERN 2055
First name: AN*** T****
Surname: RAP***

formula to lookup "Sheet 1 Address" in "Sheet 2" and bring back First Name and Surname
Address is mixed, format, and incomplete

Please help
I have 16000 records

I am currently using the formula below

=IFERROR(INDEX([process_adhoc_addressbatch_results_Batch2.xlsx]Sheet2!$B:$B;MATCH(H:H;[process_adhoc_addressbatch_results_Batch2.xlsx]Sheet2!$F:$F;0));"")

This will only match exact street/physical address
There are huge pollutions in address format. it isn't unique
