Copy drop down list selection into table on separate sheet

I have a drop down list in a sheet titled "Rework Tracker". The drop down list is in a column, cells G5:L40. There are two out of five entries within the drop down list, ECOS failure - code: 2064 and ECOS failure - code: 2257. When one of these entries are selected, I want it to appear in a table in a separate sheet titled "ECOS Statistics", in a column ranging from A5:C40.
