Remove partial text in string

Hi,

I have a bunch of data that follows similar naming conventions, but the length of the text can vary depending on the entry.

TEST - USA - Text I don't need to see variation one
TEST - Canada - Text I don't need to see variation two
TEST - UK - Text I don't need to see length variation three

I want to create a column which extracts the "text I don't need see..." part, so the cell would only display "TEST - USA" or "TEST - Canada".

I was trying to use the LEFT or MID function, but am getting caught up because the length of the of each instance can vary. Is there a way around this, or a better suited function that can be used?
