vlookup with approximate match on time

hiii...

Require vlookup formula with approximate match in cell B31 based on table array C2:D16.

I think its the formatting issues due to which formula not giving expected results..

Try adjusting your formula like this:

=VLOOKUP(A31*24,C2:D16,2,TRUE)

Thanks but another issue exist..it sums upto 24 hours only..after that it start from 00 hours..example if total hours worked is 26 hours it will show 2 hours and accordingly the credit calculation will go wrong..
