    Automatically skip "inactive" cells

    Hi,

Can someone please help me with attached issue.
I'm using a bigger version of that template to monitor daily who is doing what and add new lines when there are any changes. I also use that info to create reports at the end (of the day/week/month).
The problem is that Excel picks the first name that he finds, but I want him to look at the most recent/ active row of that name.

Thanks in advance for your help!
