Any way to automatically "tab/enter" to specific fields and skip unused fields?

I have a form that was created in Excel and I'm wondering if there is any way to tab/enter only through the specific fields that need to be completed rather than always to the next field in the row/column. It is time consuming to tab/enter through all the unused fields just to get to the ones I need to fill out. Thanks.

Usually, you would unprotect the cells you want to edit and protect the worksheet.
