If/Then Table issues

Ok so I am working on a math thing and no matter what I am not creating the spreadsheet correctly... Maybe before I can resolve how to do this someone else can help me.

Each line of numbers needs to add up to a value between 87 and 101 (88-100). Each number in the line can be 4 to 14 in value. The numbers on the left cannot be higher than the numbers on the left on the line.

I made a spreadsheet that requires human input at times, but I would rather make a spreadsheet that just does it properly downwards.

If anyone can help me on this I will not forget the help... Logic routines are normally easier for me but this one is being painful. Recovering from a major head cold

A2 =IF(SUM(A$1:A1)<87, RANDBETWEEN(4,14), "")

Pull A2 down to A22
