    Exclamation Valet Parking Tracker Sheet

    Dear Colleagues,

    Good Morning.

    I need your help or suggestion on what formula to be used.

    If the customer(s) stayed in Parking for 3 hours and 10 minutes, the charge will be only 3 hours but if they stayed 3 hours and 11 minutes, charge will be 4 hours.

    Please see attached table below for reference:

    TIME IN TIME OUT HOURS CHARGE PARKING CONSUMPTION
    11:30 12:40 1 AED 20.00 1:10
    11:30 13:00 2 AED 40.00 1:30

    Company regulations is there will be a grace period of 10 minutes in every hour of the Parking Consumption.

    Looking forward for your assistance as I am having hard time to search for the exact formula.

    Dave Thank you so much for your help. I'm only inputting TIME IN and TIME OUT and it automatically give me the desired time I need.
