Conditional Formatting based on two Columns

Hi,

Need a conditional formatting rule on the following:

If A and B columns are both blank based on their row. Then mark red

If both have a value then just leave it.

If one has a value and other doesn't, also leave it.

Just the two that are blank.

Select A2:B27, goto Conditional Formatting, select Use a formula to determine which cells to format.

Enter this formula,

=AND($A2="", $B2="")

and choose the desired formatting.
