Copy Entire Row from One Spreadsheet to Another with Formula Only - in Mac

I have attached (I think) a workbook showing several tabs. If the data on each tab shows the status as "Open" i need to copy that entire row to the first sheet.
I would like to do this with a formula, because I want to limit the VBA file extension since the spreadsheet will be disseminated.

It does a very similar thing to what you are asking for, although the helper columns in the subsidiary sheets will need to be changed each time, as you use different columns to denote Open/Closed in each.
