Validation of Hours Work <= 8 hours

I want to validate and prevent the combined hours entered on a single day to be no more than 8 hours. On the attached example, the input in cell "D4" should not be more than 3 hours.

You can also set conditional formatting for col D with formula:

for ex. yellow background, then automatically it give You a warn if SUM of hours for particular day excess 8 hours.
