How to sum value based on week number selected?

Hello everyone, I can't seem to think of the function to use.

In the attached example, cell C2, I selected February 25, 2019 which is three weeks from this week. I would like to sum the number from todays' week found in cell k6 up to k8 since that would be the three weeks difference.

Suggestions on the function?
