Need help fixing my IF formula

    Hey all,

I need some help fixing up a formula I have in place at the moment.

Please Login or Register to view this content.
What it is currently doing is, if I have "Credit card" or "Loan" written in cell A39, then it takes 3% of the amount I insert in cell E39. If something other than Credit card or Loan is written in cell A39 then it returns a 0 regardless of what is written in cell E39.

Now I need to add an extra layer to this. If the result of E39*3% is less than 10, I want the result to show up as 10. If 0, then naturally I want it to show as 0.

I've been playing around with it for a while and can't seem to get it working.

    Thanks in advance!
