Why? The reason that the named range approach has been used is to avoid very long and very complex formulae.

im new to excel and i want to see how this format calculates the interest, in my perspective it is easier to understand the standard format for formulas
i understand that it simplify the formula but what if the excel file will be used by another person? how can he edit the file if he dont understand it
What you need to do is work through the component parts of the named ranges and gradually pull out the formula sections so that you can understand them. Pulling them all out into one long and complex formula for you is not going to help you and it certainly won't simplify anything.
Try unpicking it bit by bit yourself. If there are bits of the formula that you don't understand, come back and ask for guidance here, but we cannot do the while lot for you - sorry.
If you are going to use this workbook with other people, then YOU need to understand how it works. It has been built in this way for a reason.
