Inserting Rows - Help

Hello, I am trying to figure out a quicker method for inserting rows. Please see attached example workbook.

Essentially, I need to insert a new row for each person, with the formula copied from the row above. The new row needs to be at the bottom of each data set. See the before and after tabs of my workbook for reference.

Currently, I am doing this manually, one by one, by selecting and copying the latest row, then inserting copied cells for each person at the bottom of each data set. There must be an easier way to do this, say if the file had 100 people listed.
