Assistance formatting time from AM/PM to military time

Hello, I have previously been able to format time presented in AM/PM format to military time by going into 'format cells' and clicking the option I want. However, in the dataset I'm currently working with there is no space between the hour and AM/PM, so the time reads as 1:00PM, 9:00AM, etc. and excel is unable to convert this into a more calculable amount. Is there a formula that allows me to put a space between the time and AM/PM, or is there another way to transform this data into military time? There are 4,000+ observations so it would take me some time to manually add that space. Thanks.

You could use CTRL + F and find "AM" replace with " AM". Do the same for "PM".
