Need formula for productivity calculation

I would like to calculate the time taken for each activity formy team members.

I have done a time study for each activity and recorded an average time.

Can anyone please help me with formula. I would need the count they did for each activity.

No.

The formula indicates for each employee the level reached, by reference to the benchmark table, according to the 'start time' and 'finish time'.

I don't want "x"to be returned instead I need the count of work. For example they do "n" number of jobs each day so I want how many they done within the bench mark and how much they have exceeded the benchmark.

Can u modify the formula

For example, employee will get 50 jobs I would need to count how many jobs he has completed within the bench mark time and exceeded the bench mark time.

So first we need to group the job count for each category and then we should.count them based on the benchmark time.

Please help me and let me know if u still have any doubts...

Where are the data to count? I did not see anything beyond the benchmark table. Can you provide some more data to analyze?

Hi. See attached. Each employee will be assigned the 4 jobs and we need to count t how much they done within the bench mark.

We need to also count the total job allocated i.e Makimh, scrutinizing,inputting and checking for each employee.

With your data I can not understand what you really want. Where are the data to 'Start time' and 'Finish time'?

Analyze the results that I calculated and use your data to write, in Sheet3, what you really wanted to find.

See I think you got confused. Let me explain.

For example take employee A if his doing scrutinizing, I can capture from my mis report the start time and finish time of his job for each document.
So I already have a benchmark time that this job can be done within this time frame.

I want to know how much he has completed within the bench mark time and how many he has taken extra time to complete the job.

Likewise each employees will be given jobs and we need to calculate how much each employee completes the document within the bench mark time.

I checked your excel. I want the count of the jobs that they have done within the bench mark time.

Say example, If they the scruniaing job is one within the bench mark time then it is should return met else it should return as not met.
