How to create data from multiple choice survey?

Hi everyone, I am terrible with excel and this may drive some of you crazy.

I am importing data for a doctorate project where we surveyed 3 different health classes anonymously and asked a set of questions.

On page 1 (pre-video), we had 9 questions, in an A-F format.

We then had the students watch a video and then asked them the same set of questions (post-video) to test their knowledge on seeing if the video made a difference.

I imported all of the choices and separated the pre-video and post-video between a green barrier (please, no laughing).

Since A-F represents different answers in different columns, how can I apply each A-F to a specific answer for each column and then create data from that?

For example:
Question 1A-F

1. When was the last time you saw a health care provider for a health check-up?
a. This year
b. Last year
c. 3 years ago
d. 5 years ago
e. Never
f. Other: _________________________

Question 2A-F

2. How often should you receive a health check-up?
a. Every year
b. When I feel sick
c. Every 2 years
d. Every 5 years
e. I do not need one

Etc, etc. So, with that, how can I apply the A,B,C,D,E,F as those multiple choices to gather data?

everything on the left side is pre-video, everything on the right side of the green column is post video.

i updated the excel spreadsheet with the answers relating to each column. Hopefully that will help.

Not sure if the message actually got to you! Anyway, I'm honestly not sure how i want the output to look. In general, we just want to be able to compare Pre to Post to see if they learned anything and the changes that were made from Pre to Post. Not sure which best analysis is necessary. Any suggestions?

Yes, perhaps the 1/0 comparison and then my partner can extrapolate the data from there. I am just trying to organize it for them!
