Smile An If statement to get percentage from numeric and non numeric values

Disclaimer: I'm fairly new to excel.

    Hi,
So i want to calculate the productivity of a day spent.
    Activities are : RSTV (Television) & Newspaper [40 %] , WAT (Writing) [15 %] , Exercise & Running [30 %] , PD & IT (Additional tasks) [15 %] .
Weightage of each activity is mentioned after it.

Now on a given date, if RSTV > 2 and News = "Yes", that makes my productivity 40%. If RSTV < 2 and News = "Yes", productivity = 20%.
That's how the logic goes for all the activities.

I have attached a sample file as well. I want this to be done by an IF statement, and should be as simple as possible, i tried my self first but couldn't do it. Look forward for your help guys.

    Thanks.
