Trying to sum W1:W10 in cell W11. I only want to include numbers which have a corresponding value in D1:D10 AND the W1:W10 cell is highlighted red.
In W11 I have =SUMIFS(W1:W10,D1:D10,"<>",W1:W10,"red")
but it's not working
What's going wrong?

you can't use cell background colors in a formula, excel doesn't recognize them unless you use VBA.
If you used conditional formatting to color the cells you can likely adapt whatever rules you have in place to color them red in your sumifs formula.
