[HELP] NO VBA and NO ARRAY formula to count pair and triples occurrences in Excel?

Hi!

I have on the same sheet two tables like this:
This one with almost 15.000 rows:

And this one with all combo pairs from 80 taken by 2:

Also another table with all combo triples from 80 taken by 3, but I suppose the solving is similar for pairs so it not so important to post pictures of both of them.

How to find out how many time each pair combo appear on the table with numbers ?
I tried with Countifs but it doesn't work.

Also, I need to avoid to use VBA and array because I'm gonna make an experiment and create like ~300 to 400 sheets on the same workbook and don't want to use VBA because I need to autoupdate results without clicking on any button or keyboard. Also, I want to avoid the use of arrays because on every sheet I duplicate I want to delete the last row of numbers from the table, and so on to the 200 or 300 sheet.
Any help, please?

Posting the pictures that you have is not so imortant as posting a sample workbook with the data.
Formulas don't work on pictures so we have nothing to work with in order to try and answer your question.

I think that what you want will only be possible with vba (if at all). Given that my laptop could't even process a formula for 1 pair, I think that you will need access to this https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Summit_(supercomputer) to complete the task.
