Hi All...I have created a table that keeps track of duration for call to be answered from an Alarm Help Line. Using advice I found from other threads on this Forum, I am entering the data (Minutes & Seconds) without entering the colon.
For example, 3mins 45secs is entered as 345 (Formatting of the cells displays it as 3:45...as shown in a table attached in the spreadsheet which I grabbed from another thread)
I have also created a column which converts to seconds and have an 'average speed of answer' Cell at the bottom of the table (again, using formatting as gained from the other thread). The curent value of 22 (number of calls will be changed as required).
All of this is working ok, but I would like another Cell which removes 30secs from the Average Speed of Answer Calculation (30secs being the set-up time for outward dialling in the Alarm Unit...this may change over time).
So, if the ASA is 3:10...the revised Cell shoud show 2:40.
I have tried various calculations and formatting...but have not found the magic formula/format. Any assistane would be greatly appreciated.
