very slow formula

Hi I don't understand why the formula in column H if I drag it down is very slow,
this does not happen for the formula in column I.

The "LAMIERE" worksheet contains 4622 hidden TextBoxes (all called "Text Box 295") - if you delete these TextBoxes using the following code, the formula can be quickly copied down through Column H:

conditional format rules are quite messy

I clicked on HOME >> Find & Select >> Selection Pane - this lists all Shapes on the active worksheet.
