COUNTIFS Help

I need help with my countifs formula, I am trying to uniquely rank my data based on multiple criteria. Example data link below. My attempted formula is close to what I want to achieve until duplicates, which occurs frequently in the actual data.

In my example in column G, I am trying to rank all keywords if the first page is present (equals 1). My attempt is using COUNTIFS, however, the duplicates is where I am stuck. Is there a way I can have the keywords uniquely ranked regardless of duplicates? Rather return two 1’s and two 3’s for week 12, can a formula rank 1,2,3,4? In reality the keywords will be actual words, could this be combined to help identify a unique rank, using the word to sort alphabetically? I’m not sure. Any help will be greatly appreciated!
