If Statement with dates. probable an easy fix.

Good Morning all,

I have been out of the excel scene for awhile and just now getting back into it. I have the below equation that I built to help me with tracking different inspection amounts for when they come due. However, I had a weird result come out of it.

My equation is: =IF(C22="Annual", SUM(B22,365),IF(C22="30 Day",SUM(B22,30),IF(C22="90 Day", SUM(C22,90),IF(C22="180 Day",SUM(C22,180),""))) )

For annual it kicks out a date for the next year. However, when I did a date of 1-16-2019 in cell C22, it gave me a result of 3-30-1900. just curious A: what I am doing wrong and B: why its doing what its doing.(to learn more)

You've got your B22 and C22 mixed up in your sums. SUM(B22,30) and SUM(C22,90)
change those.
