Multiple Subject appeared if more than 1 selected

    Hi There,

May I know if anyone can suggest me a formula for following scenario?

    Untitled.jpg

If there is 1 "X" in column E = "ABC"
    If there is 2 "X" in column E = "1. ABC"
    "2. QRS"
    and so on....

Really appreciate your help on this.

    Thank in advance

    Try this arrayed formula
    Formula: copy to clipboard

...confirmed by pressing CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER to activate the array, not just ENTER. You will know the array is active when you see curly braces { } appear around your formula. If you do not CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER you will get an error or a clearly incorrect answer.

WOW... thank you very much!!! Appreciate it.
However, possible to add serial no before "F"?
If only 1 "X", serial no will not required.

    Once again, thank in advance

Your formula are working, however when only 1 selection, it will show 1. abc
Can do without serial no when only 1 selected?
