Find data that matches in columns on another sheet, then perform calculation in that row

Hello and thank you for reading this post.
I have several hundred rows of calculations to perform and I'd rather not do it by hand. I think it's simple but the couple hours have not gone well trying to figure it out.
I'm trying to populate date on Sheet 1 from Sheets 2 & 3 and perform a calculation in 1 step, but if not possible I could break it up. You help is greatly appreciated. Sample attache explains in detail.
