Add 24 Hours to time

Hi

I have a sheet that display date, time, and time difference to get total hours of it, so I can get it to show it, but when the one date is 27 April and 28 April, I cannot get it to show the correct time.

I am using =B4-B3 but at B7 and B8 I need to add 24:00 in it, How do I do this.
