How to count occurrence of specific text in columns (from a survey)

I am an excel novice so please excuse, this is my first post.

I have done a survey of parents rating different teachers in my programme. Teacher names are in column E and satisfaction ratings are in column J e.g. “Very satisfied”, “satisfied” etc.

I need to count the number of different responses for each teacher. The responses are all on a different sheet called “Responses”.

So I need the formula to say something like this:

In the sheet “Responses”, look in column E and find teacher 1, then count how many times teacher 1 scored “Very satisfied” in column J.
