Formula to split number and add to 2 cells

Please I need a formula in cell G5 and H5 that will solve the following problem.

1. In G5 add numbers from I5 to T5 >0
2. In H5 add numbers IT to T5 <0 but the challenge is that from cell J5:T5 I have 155,000 as monthly payment, but some months I may not be able to make full payment. I want if I pay for instance 100,000 the 100,000 should be added to cell G5 and the difference of 55,000 being negative value should be added to cell H5.

Please kindly advise if a macro should be better use

Maybe a better way of doing it would be to have a row that lists the accounts payable with a cell that summarizes those values. That would allow you to mak changes to what you expect to get if it changes from the 155000. Sat that would be on row 6 with H6 being the summary cell for that. Then in Cell H5 you would have
