OFFSET formula difficulties

Hi!

I'm having difficulties with the offset formula. I have a dataset that has data across rows, and I want every value from the 11th column in one row, starting in cell T3. I've tried using the formula as below:

=OFFSET(Data!$T$3;0;(COLUMN(Data!A4)-1)*11)

This gives me the first value as in T4, however, when I copy it down to get the value 11 column over from T3, it still gives me the value in T3. I'm not sure where my error is located.

I would appreciate any help you might be able to offer.
