    Rent forecast with rent escalator

    Hello,

I am working on a project and cannot figure out how to get a formula to work with forecasting rent out 18 months and calculating rent escalator. I am starting with March 2019 and need to go until Sept 2020 so 18 months of data. First few columns are address, month the rent increases, the 3% rent increase, type of expense, and current rent as of March. So for the first two examples rent increase in May so twice in the next 18 months (May 2019 would be $5,150 and May 2020 would be $5,304.50). The part that makes it difficult is I would like it to be change dynamically as in if I changed the rent increase month in column C to say June the formulas know to make that adjustment. Hope someone can help. Thanks.
