I need to put 10 columns of names and scores into one list only with unique names?

Is it possible to colate data from 10 columns and put them into only showing unique names?

If possible as well I would like to add the scores up as well so I have a list of who the top scorers are? is this possible

ive attahed a sample book so can see what its like

It would be probably be more efficient to use VBA here however, given the request was for a formula... and using Morley Maverick Pearls as illustration:

    Formula: copy to clipboard

the above would return the scorers in descending order (per cumulative tally)

for each section you would need to modify the row references (62, 63 & 77) such that they pick up relevant team records
that being said you could make this all dynamic but it would be (further) convoluted

for ease of reference I've provided the attached which includes 2 completed sections - Morley Maverick Pearls (as outlined above) and Pudsey Panthers, so you can verify how to adapt.

Hi, no need to quote prior posts (you'll get into trouble with the mods!)

I didn't help matters by posting a reduced version of the formula (per my post) within the previous attachment... so, apologies for that oversight.

In this current attachment (v2) I've added one additional column, W, of very simple calcs just to keep things straightforward
i.e. with this additional calc you can use the same formulae in each team section without needing to modify any references

check that XL is running on Auto Calculation -- refer Calculation Options drop-down on the Formulas Tab of Ribbon.
