VLOOKUP answer from different tabs

I need some help with a VLOOKUP, I have several clients and I need to be able to get a combined result per task for KPI's.

I have attached an example spreadsheet that may help in helping me out.

I have five tabs to the spreadsheet.
Tab 1. This is the summary page and I need the answer from Tabs 2 to 5 to bring in a combined figure. (Highlighted in Green for PICK, and Blue for all other tasks)
Tab 2. In Cell A1 this is the USER, In cell C1 this is the TASK that is being performed, In cell E1 this is the date, In cell I1 this is the result for pick, Replen, Putaway, Receipt, Relocate the result is H1.
Tab 3 to 5 are exactly the same as Tab 2 from a data point of view.

The user on each list may change location within tabs 2 to 5 as some employees do more tasks than others.

I hope this helps in trying to solve my problem.

You're not going to get the results that you want with VLOOKUP, try looking into 3D SUMIFS.
