index and match formula extracting data and picture not working

I have two sheets , data and extract sheets.

My goal to extract item number and picture in extract sheet of column C and D from data sheet.

In columns C of data sheet extracting is working fine with index and match but when working with picture It fails.

Can anyone assists

You can't use INDEX/MATCH to extract a picture without some preparation, see here.
