Exchange Column to Row for Sequence of Repeated Numbers

Hi,

I have the sequence of repeated numbers on column “A” and the texts on column “B”.
I want to exchange the texts to row in accordance with the sequence of repeated numbers. (Please see the results on attached excel file)

Is there any formula to reach the results?
