Hello all, I can't get the formula below to work:
=IFS(F21<5," AN AMAZING",F21<6," AN EXCELLENT",F21<7,"A GOOD",F21<10,"A NOT GOOD",F21>=10,"A REALLY NOT GOOD")

The value of F21 is 7:17

The answer that I am getting is: "A REALLY NOT GOOD" when it should be "A NOT GOOD" based on the formula.

Can someone please help?
