    Seconds to hours:minutes:seconds format

    I would appreciate any help from an Excel guru out there that can help
    me automatically convert a cell with seconds to hours:minutes:seconds format. So for example, 284 should be converted to 00:04:44

    Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

    assuming your data is in A1...
    =A1/60/60/24
    format custom hh:mm:ss
    or format time as 37:30:55
