    HELP Needed...Date Error 00/01/1900 & how to calculate % completed

    Hello
    Please could someone help me fix this errors and make any suggestions...

    need help on few errors on my spreadsheet

    i have attached the excel sheet and the questions are on it too.

    i am getting an error date of 01/01/1900 when i try to get a MIn and MAX date from a different Tab
    Also struggling to find a solution to calculate % complete based on date and days required to complete the activity
    also if the planned date slip an error showing the number of days exceeded from the planned date and a new planned date to calculate the % complete.

    In D4:
    Formula: copy to clipboard
    Please Login or Register  to view this content.

    Confirmed as array formula (CTRL + SHIFT + ENTER)
    Copy Down.

    Note the extra condition *('Data Sheet'!$D$3:$D$29<>"") added. Blank is considered as zero and will return 1/0/1900 as MIN value.

    Do the same for E4.

    sorry its still giving me an error could you please upload the xls sheet with the formula not sure what i am doing wrong

    You probably failed to enter it with CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER (NOT just ENTER).

    You attach YOUR file, please, showing it not working.
