Help please: Comparing cell values in multiple columns for partial substring duplicates

Hi there. As you will see on the attached sheet I have a list of names in Column B, I am trying to come up with a way of checking if those values in Column B appear in any of the other lists in the other columns. It is tricky because the other lists I received from colleagues and they are not in a uniform format - some names have their job title afterwards.
