    I need help with a formula to count how many numbers are present in two ranges.

    So I need a formula to evaluate how many numbers are present in two ranges.

    Please see attached file.

    Edit Forgot to refresh before editing mistake in formula.

    Try in F5 and fill down.

    Thank you for your answer I need to drag the formula to the right so I use flameRetired formula.
