Hello all
I was hoping for some support on this one.
I have a excel spreadsheet that calculates vacation hours by using the amount of months working times 6.7 hours.
Now I have several workers who have vacation over the maximum amount and the "amount of months" equation does no work.
So basically I need a formula that takes their current hours earned and adds 6.7 automatically per month. with a maximum of 120.
Any idea?
