Extracting Data

I'm trying to get the first name from a text string. It is usually the 2nd word in the string, except when there is a Jr. or III. I'm looking for formula based options. I have a VBA script, but I would like to share this sheet with co-workers and enabled Macros always cause issues on our workplace laptops.

I also want to avoid punctuation in the result, if there's an easy way.
