    Creating a Schedule/Forecast

    Hello,

I'm currently at a stuck point with a manpower spreadsheet Im trying to build. So what Im trying to do is build a "nonlinear" hours/week schedule.
Example. If Im working on a project that I have 100 hours budgeted for over 10 weeks, I want to create a weekly schedule that will list the hours each week to stay on schedule but not simply 10 hours/wks. Some roles at my company would spend 20 hours/wk the first 2 weeks (40% hrs/20% wks), slow down to 3.3 hr /wk for 6 wks (20%hrs/60% wks) then the last two weeks back to 20hrs/wk.

Is there a way to do this? Currently it only does a linear forecast.

    Re: Creating a Schedule

Seems to me your thread title should be about forecasting, not creating a schedule. If I’m right, then please change it.
