Angry Multiple references in one formula. Tried SUMIF, VLOOKUP, INDEX, and MATCH.

I am having trouble generating the correct formulas for columns S & T in the first image attached. I need the formula to recognize the portal name, start date, and end date from the first image and give me the sum/avg across that portal for the given dates from the data in image 2. I have tried a ton of times using SUMIF, MATCH, INDEX, and VLOOKUP functions, but cannot seem to get the correct output. The data in S5 is for hand calculated for reference, as I was trying to test the accuracy of the formula I was making. Someone please help and guide me in the right direction!

If there are multiple conditions, you need to use SUMIFS.

My problem is that I don't know how to get the correct output with how many conditions I need to meet.

You will need to provide a lot more detail.

Attach a sample workbook (not a picture or pasted copy). Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

    Remember to desensitize the data.
