Conditional Formatting of cell value with an offset

Hello,

I have setup K2 to change Red when it advances higher than L2. What I am trying to do is add where if the value is 10 less than the current value of L2 then it turns Yellow and when it gets to that greater than L2 value it still turns red. I have tried multiple things but haven't yet been able to make it work. Is anyone able to help me out?

Is there a way to keep it Yellow from then minus 10 offset up to the positive? For example in this case when K2 hits 20 it turns yellow and stays yellow from 20-30 and when it hits 30+ it turns red and stays red?
