Sharepoint External Data Refresh changes absolute values in Countif Formula

As the title states, i have a countifs formula that includes absolute values and those values get adjusted any time the external data is refreshed from Sharepoint, throwing off my counts. For example, my original formula is "=COUNTIFS(SharepointExport!$A2:$A17000,A3,SharepointExport!$M2:$M17000,"LAPTOP")". If I add 250 entries to Sharepoint and then refresh the data, the formula is now adjusted to "=COUNTIFS(SharepointExport!$A250:$A17250,A3,SharepointExport!$M250:$M17250,"LAPTOP")" in the first cell and the values increase by 1 for each row after that. I would like to use an array formula, but the amount of data and the array formulas themselves are causing VERY LONG refresh times (15 min). There are 4 columns that are setup similar to this one. Any help appreciated!

Umm. COUNTIFS does not need to be array entered. Or have I missed the point here?

Glenn, I originally had an array formula but the refresh was taking too long. I then switched to the countifs. Ideally I would like to use the array formula since it can handle ranges and is more concise.

Nevermind. I found my goofball mistake. I didn't even realize my absolute values weren't 100% absolute. I was only locking the column and not the rows.
