Formula that equals a cell but also keeps the colour

Hello,

I have text i.e;

NORT FILTR 20/200 RRE SC FIN *****T91

And this formula

=A1

But when I use this formula the text ends up looking like the below

NORT FILTR 20/200 RRE SC FIN *****T91


Is there a formula that will keep the colouring?
