Your question should be in your post, not in an image attached to your post.
Also, it is preferred that you attach your data samples in a workbook, not a picture.
I would use sumifs as long as there can never be more than one correct match for any given combination of criteria. If more than one correct match is possible then which date should be shown?

Posting a workbook with no information in your post is just as bad, there is no question in your post. There should be enough information in your post to tell us what you want to do without opening the workbook. The workbook itself should only contain the data that is needed for us to work with.
